This website is operated by The Shibari Shop, part of the Sakunawa, Shibari Lounge, and Saku Snaps family.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to The Shibari Shop. “You” refers to the customer.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
Products & Services
We specialise in rope, rope care products, and curated shibari tools.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers.
Prices are listed in GBP (£).
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across the UK and internationally (where permitted).
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refunds.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Due to the intimate nature of certain products (e.g., ropes, rope care oils/balms once opened), we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refund Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for:
Digital products or downloads.
Custom-treated ropes, personalised items, or clearance stock.
Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
Events, Workshops & Services
Refunds for Shibari Lounge events, private sessions, or tuition are subject to their separate Terms & Conditions. Please visit www.shibarilounge.co.uk
Missed events are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All product images, photography, and branding are all rights reserved.
Blog posts and care guides are licensed under Creative Commons (CC BY 4.0) and may be shared with attribution.
You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of this website or products without prior written permission.
Liability
All products are sold for artistic, educational, or novelty purposes only.
We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or misuse of items. Customers must assess their own risk before engaging in rope or kink activities.
Always practise safely, consensually, and with informed risk awareness.
